Bought a couple of watches here. A couple of Pandora bits off the same girl. Maybe the older lady was slightly rude as she was very abruptly talked to. But in all circumstances had a decent buying experience. Looking to go in next few weeks to sort some phones out. Not bad shop

Went to Nathan & Co yesterday to purchase a few items. Chris dealt with me and even though it was busy he managed to find the time to deal with multiple customers at once, giving each of us the attention we required. The process was quick and efficient considering everything I bought. Will definitely recommend and most certainly be going back if I need their services

The manager Chris is absolutely disgusting with attitude his words is he didn't give a s••t about our reviews. And the attitude towards woman is very sour. Don't use them .

Bought a watch from here like brand new, enquired about a new tablet as well outstanding knowledge and great customer services from Chris and Charlie will definitely be using again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Joel has a massive attitude problem and threatening customers over the phone just for asking a simple question. Disgusting service

Went to Nathans to get an engagement ring. McKenzie was super helpful, she gave us some really good advice. Adele, went above and beyond being helpful too. We would highly recommend this shop. I absolutely love my princess cut ring. Good prices too and lots of choices. Sold my Apple Watch at Nathan and co and the young girl there called Charlie was absolutely outstanding and gave me the best price, a better price than quoted at most places. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you so much I will be back.

They were unwilling to negotiate on an easy win win loan on some gold, i wanted to load 2500 on 3500 worth of gold and were not willing to negotiate on the monthly interest. I was forced to use UNBOLTED in london who charged me 3.30 % per month. less than half the fees they wanted.

I recently visited nathan and co in blackpool town centre to buy an xbox and some games and the staff were great, they have a great selection of gaming stuff and the prices are very competitive, ill be visiting again in the near future!!
