I have been turned down time and time again from various companies but Naylors came through and i finally got the help I was desperate for. My agent Justin came to my home- hes a top bloke, chatty and friendly and made the process easy. Defo recommend this company, so quick and easy to apply. Never had any problems renewing, they helped me when I got into difficulties, portal is easy to use & Michelle my agent was very helpful, its easy to get hold of people at the office & I'm a very happy customer

Absolute joke of a company been a loyal customer for 11 years and from the changes that have been made and the people that are now agents and customer service advisors are rubbish the attitude and rudeness was appalling. Your loosing a lot of customers and it serves you right. So glad my payments are about to finish won’t ever recommend this company!

Been a customer for 13 years & very pleased how simple the process is especially doing it online & Michelle was very friendly & explained everything in detail beforehand, the portal is simple & I can keep track of my payments & balances, would definitely recommend Naylors

I've been with them for about 2 years, but now suddenly I don't fit criteria... got given misleading information off the woman who works their. How can you all of a sudden not fit criteria, hope the place goes bankrupt. Defiantly not worth a 1 star rating.

Great for loans. I've been with Naylors for over 2 years, so straight forward with monthly repayments. Sam is a great guy, easy to approach and there to help whenever you need it. He's fantastic in every aspect of his job. Definitely recommend 👌

Been a customer with these for years and was always really good then during covid they started doing loans online which was great,was quick and easy,didn't have to take a day off work to renew a loan but now it seems they've gone back to the old way of an agent calling to your house to sign,its a shame really as my loans finished in just over a week and was always handy having a back up

I have been with naylors over 3 years now never ever missed a payment have taken loans when I've not really needed them just to stay in good credit but this week I tried through portal to get a small loan as I owe a fith of what I usualy owe and got turned down twice by portal !When I asked why I've been told its changed to a credit company now who only give you a loan if you match a certain creditscoreI'm absolutely discusted that they didn't feel the need to tell loyal customers about this and I'm very dissapointed in naylors for doing this as they are meant to help people with bad credit i will be paying the little remainder i owe and won't ever recommended naylors to anyone if this is there way forward

Absolutely over moon with service. Billy came out explained everything we talk about what would happen and how much I am paying back. The whole process was quick and easy and having someone like Billy to talk me through it made it easier to apply.

Absolutely shocking had 2 loans I did miss payments also brought them back up tried to get another to be refused I know alot of people that can't get another loan very frustrating been with these for nearly 2 years in lockdown could get them now you can't!! Wouldn't even give 1 star.Do not use this company hope they go bankrupt
