This is good idea if you are having problems opening a normal. Bank Account. If you can get any other do so. It offers a very limited service to help you. You cannot pay money into own bank account easily. And forget doing a BACS transfer to a friend. Useful if desperate is best I can say.

I have tried to use the on line banking for credit union but it is not allowing me to log in someone needs to rectify this other than that it's a brilliant idea for people who have difficulties obtaining a bank account from the usual high Street banks.

not really useful. They will promise you something, then take your money not refundable of course then tell you that they cannot help you.

This is second payday sat not being able to access my money , there only open twice in week so what days they pick to open Monday and Tuesday. , come on maybe mon n Thurs or Tuesday n Fri but to days in row . So I went in Tuesday to explain n to see if they can help me the attitude on the woman didn't wanna listen let alone help . They take advantage knowing half of there clients have lack of i.d to open a proper bank account, they're vulnerable people homeless. , when all this is over the first thing I'm doin is getting a proper bank account,
