Awful company that I would not reccommend to anyone.Their customer service is appalling.They do not answer emails and you can never get through to anyone on the phone. I've spent 20 minutes each time on hold only to be told that they are too busy to take my call and I should email them.I applied for a repayment holiday in October. I got no response. I emailed three times and got no reply. I submitted two formal complaints and received no reply. They then applied my repayment holiday but still took the loan repayment in October and November! My repayment schedule has been recalculated and interest added on the basis that I've had a three month holiday but I've still not had the money back from Neyber for October and November.I received an apology email after 8 emails and 2 calls from me, they confirmed that the money would be repaid ASAP. 3 working weeks later and I still haven't had the refund and I still can't get to speak to anyone!Avoid this company at all costs. They are appalling.

Got bought out by another company due to financial issues. Quality of service has been terrible since. Multiple duplicate direct debits, total failure to listen to critical instructions to change my contact details resulting in missed payments that they blame me for. A website which still to this day thinks I don't have a direct debit set up meaning I cannot view any of my details. Operational errors now meaning direct debits haven't actually been taken so they will try again later in the month when they know the funds won't be available, allowing them to blame me for it again. Look elsewhere for financial services folks.

Absolute nightmare trying to contact this company, I’ve been on the phone 4 times this week, waited half hour each time and get cut off at the end with and automated voice saying they’re busy, they don’t reply to emails. I’ve finished pay back a loan out of my salary over a year, or so I thought, but it says my balance is 1p, and the next payment will be taken on 31/12/2030 !!. So I’ve no idea what’s going to happens with my next pay, Judging by their performance so far, I wouldn’t be surprised if they take another payment, and I can’t get to speak to anyone

After I barrow from this company and paid back everything in 1 year when I tried to reapply surprise i got refused because of my credit history , but I applied with my bank and got accepted . So how can Neyber help with wellbeing? 😂 its a joke ! they are Just normal lenders infiltrated in our working environment who creates the fake illusion of helping you .

Terrible company, customer service is non-existent. Stopped taking payments after 6 months and blamed me for that, not responding to emails, tried calling but after 20 minutes wait every time just gave up. Called them again couple days ago to repay the loan, exactly 34 minutes wait but finally out of this. Do they do it on purpose just to make money out of interest? Most probably. Avoid, total scam.

I borrowed from Neyber £3500 for 36 months. Total repayable was £3886,92 and my credit agreement should end on 27/09/2021. Payment method was salary deduction.I already overpaid this loan more than £4200 and they are still charging me £54 every second week.I have tried to contact Neyber many times but they never responded to my complain.Ombudsman Financial Services, ACAS and Citizens advice informed!

I was put in contact with this company from my employer. I was left in a situation with no car as mine was stolen from work. I do not have the funds to pay for a new car so I I applied for a small loan. I understand my credit history is very poor but considering this comes out of my salary didn't think this would be a problem.I spoke to someone from customer services and explained this was urgent situation as I am also a carer for my mother due to a hip operation and in this current climate I feel guilty and depressed that I cant be there for my mother. Its costing me £125 a week to get to work and home again and it just making me more and more depressed and guilty with myself.I feel no one is willing to give anyone a chance even this company.No one willing to listen or even help.Ian Fowler

Poor customer service, continued to take a payment when account was paid in full. Unable to speak to advisors, no response to complaints and emails raised. Advised money will be refunded within 10days 3 weeks later still waiting. DO NOT USE NEYBER

I was very pleased with the way Neyber dealt with my application. They were very quick to contact me after my message, and the person on the phone made it so easy to follow. My loan was approved and in my bank almost immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
