*****AVOID*****Attempted to cancel the loan less then 24 hours after receiving the funds. Multiple emails sent, And countless messages on a supposed customer support text service.All but 1 message ignored, which said the details had been sent to confirm the cancellation. Im still waiting for the details 3 days, later.... All follow up messages I've sent chasing this, have been ignored.OH! Also I was informed, interest will be charged on the loan even though I notified them the same day my wish to cancel.******AVOID*******

Reasonable interest rates, easy to apply, and clear information. The only thing I would say is it would be great if your enquiry is answered more quickly

Simple and automated. Up front about loan amount and re-payments. Grateful they accepted me. Online portal is easy to use to check and change payment dates and to check the settlement amount. When calling to settle the loan the person on the phone was kind and helpful. If you are planning on using them, I'd highly recommend them. Have used twice and both times have been hassle free.

Very quick and easy to get my loan on line with good payment options and relatively low APR. Kept up to date with payments and left very much alone no pressures at all. During the Covid crisis they have been very helpful and friendly offering payment holidays etc which fortunately I have not had to use. Highly recommend if you are on the cusp of getting your credit rating back to the top,

Was very happy from start of application to where I am now.Everything was clear. What I applied for is what I got. There where no hidden fees and the money came very quickly.I asked to change my first payment date to fall in line with my monthly pay date and they obligedOn the website when you log in, all information is clear, even have an up to date settlement offerOverall very happy

This company is s***, can't access online, cannot get hold of anyone to make a payment. Promised emails, letters and online access that I have never received. Will never be using again!

Avoid these people at all costs.. Can't access my account and sent over 26 emails all being ignored bar one saying they were really busy.. Yeah I can imagine with complaints.. LIKELY LOANS are run by these guys and so are therefore to blame for the WORST customer service I have ever recieved.. 3 months on and still not resolved.. Stay away unless you want to be taken for a rideThis is my account view.. So do I owe you nothing

Put a cifas flag on my credit report for identity theft when it was actually me applying for a loan. Now can't get a loan with anyone because of the cifas flag and they won't take it off despite me being able to prove it and them technically breaking the law and data protection act

Absolutely fraudulent outfit doing credit checks through clear score.Never heard of company not a customer be wary sound well dodgy.Dont expect complaints to be replied to either.AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Checked my clearscore and they have done 2 searches on me. I have never heard of this company and I have no need to apply for a loan!! Be careful!! Still waiting for someone to call me back!!
