Been a member since 2008, was swayed with the mission statement that was persuasive in helping local community’s welfare . However, four years everything changed the Union has lost its goals : traditional philosophy it is run like a profitable organisation .Not sure wether it is the changing of the management > Have worked for NHS for 14years just recently applied NHS loan that was meant to appreciate frontline NHS and guess what if you dont fit a certain type you are doomed - so as Christmas met with the same fate. I find it very pathetic the lack of quality member services is second to none.

unfortunately this place isn't helping the poor people of liverpool anymore, originally it had the poor people's welfare at it's heart and was a breath of fresh air and a lifeline to people like myself who could barely pay the bills, unfortunately it's now the same as any high street bank only interested in making a profit, handing out loans with extortionate interest rates. shame on you partners credit union

For me I wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly informative staff and a great way to save . Ten out of ten.

Don't see why the Dale st office can't open,they had big screens before the pandemic, also says you can't get cash out?I thought the idea of it was to give easy access for people without bank accounts?and little access to the Internet ?It's a sham and customer service is rubbish.I for one will be withdrawing my savings and I'm sure there is better places to put it with no interest whatsoever on it!!

Completely out of zinc with today’s customer service and products are completely out of date; way out charges in fees for expected daily transaction needs. Really poor service

update your website. it says open 24hrs.....i think not. also says open today(saturday)......no its not.
