Having swallowed up a smaller local credit union who were a fantastic bunch. they closed the local branch down leaving me with no local branch where I was more than just a number. I have had a couple of loans and hold a fair amount in savings and they wont look past a credit file. I am closing the account asap. its a sad end.

This place is amazing people, they are such fantastic people to deal with and the help and support you receive is as thou it's there if needed. 10/10

Not helpful, a complete waste of time

I have been with PCCU for about 12 months now and have to say I love it. There is never an issue with my account and I top it up as and when I can. I have called the Nelson branch a few times to ask questions and everyone who has answered the phone has always been really nice. I have only been into the branch a handful of times but its lovely when you do. Everyone is so lovely you just want to spend all day there. The people who work here actually care which is what makes it so much better. I could open an account somewhere else and I do have a bank account with a bank but its the people that keep me with PCCU.If you want a credit union that actually cares and wants to help you then just open an account. They are always happy to see people and take an actual interest in how people are actually getting on. I honestly love it, the people, the place and everything about it.

My credit union is my life line... the people in the office couldn't be more helpful always go the extra mile nothing's ever to much trouble 😊
