AWAY FROM PRECISE TRULY AWFUL MORTGAGE PROVIDERWorst experience ever we have. I mean brokers, they are fraud fake their work is so slow they are liars don’t go there you will regret it, trust me we had worst experience ever stay away from Precise. We sign the contracts and the house now is ready. The contractor request one month extension and they refused. The next step they turn me down braking the contract and now we are losing the house, £580 for Precise documents and if we don't find a lender ASAP. We'll lost much more from our down payment. Never choose Precise if you need to have a house. They are fraud and shame for the UK market.

Truly horrendous service from Precise on the last 3 cases i sent to them, they have underwriters who are clueless and ask inane questions on a repeated basis. I recommend you avoid at all costs.

Only use precise mortgages if you are desperate inflated interest rate awful company use them with caution

Worst mortagage company ! extortionate rates ! Tried to re mortgage my house with them even I have a good credit and all that they rejected it and said they can’t give me the reason ! I’m paying 5% and they tied me up on a very long term! Also Promised to give me mortagage holiday still took money from my account in these difficult times .I shall Never recommend this company stay away from this company!

I don't understand these negative reviews. I've only ever had support and understanding when speaking with precise mortgages. Always friendly and helpful.

I have used Percise for a few different mortgages and always been good rates and fairly quick process.

I was surprised to notice the negative reviews for Precise.I used Precise to get my first mortgage as I had some credit issues and couldn't get a mainstream provider, and things went as smooth as I could have hoped. Admittedly this is my first and only mortgage so I cant compare against anyone else.I continue to deal with them after 3 years and have had no issues. They are always approachable and look to help when needed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We got a Decision in Principle via our broker. Full application was submitted, went back and forth for 5 weeks during the underwriting process. My broker was told by the Business Development Manager Michael Walsh that everything was satisfied and valuation was instructed. Only to find out valuation was never instructed and they decided that they could not proceed due to a “random enhanced check” that was carried out. Would not even give us a reason as to what affected the application. We were totally up front and there was nothing untoward in the documents provided. If they did this at the start, then fine but after 5 weeks?! We are now at risk of losing our property thanks to these timewasters and con artists.

Spent weeks going back and forth to collect documents and meet their requirements. In the end they declined based on something they could've checked from the start, saving us both time.Not sure what characters are working behind the scenes, but its worrying to consider how backward the processes are of such lenders.Would avoid this lender if possible.
