I would definitely recommend ‘Promise Money’ as being a relatable finance company with great customer service. My experience with them was fantastic and the advisers Mandy and Debbie were both very helpful. We were in contact regularly and there were no communication issues. They provided instant replies to our queries.Even with Covid delaying the process they have managed to do a good job for to sort out finances and all in all it was a great experience with a very smooth ending.I have recommended the company to family and friends because of their reliability, efficiency and integrity. We are very pleased.
