Cold calling scammers, messaged in advising them I am registered to the telephone preference service and yet they still bombard me with calls using multiple different numbers several times a day.I have notified the telephone preference service and we will be seeking further action!

EDITED BASED ON OWNERS RESPONSEFirst of all please read previous reviews I have made before making incorrect assumptions about ones employment, said company is and never was MY employer but regardless another nugget of unprofessionalism however please feel free to leave a review Graeme - they have a heads up regardless of any potential maliciousness.You do not have to be a customer to leave a response, Google terms are in-fact your overall experience with a company - so lets pinpoint my overall experience thus far to make the review "Valid".Before I continue as to why I had never contacted you - I had, several times however no one answers the phone. I wanted to clarify how and when could our data could be "transferred over seas" as per your Privacy Policy - in particular post Brexit and changes to GDPR. So not an odd review when there are several concerns and an inability to get a response.Whilst googling short term loans I landed on "Cheque Centre" - a company I vaguely remembered being within the Town Centre. The website states that have been offering loans since 1996 however actually dissolved in 2020 after being placed into administration some time beforehand however a lot of the script on the page is inherited from the original site as per google cache pages. Until I dug a little further website seemed legit, states nowhere they are a brokerage service until you click Apply now and it takes you to Quick Loans website - odd I thought hence I dug a little further. Also states at the bottom "ChequeCentre.co.uk is Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority" Permissions Number 763132 Quick Loans Ltd. Little misleading considering Cheque Centre is not authorised nor are they registered at the property they pertain to be at,Trying to work out if a company is legit and whether or not your details are going to be passed to multiples - and even if that is going to be based within the UK and GDPR compliant should be an easy process - I left my review based on my experience thus far.________________________________________________________________________Landed on this site and as you would you check reviews now whilst a company can not be held responsible for those acting fraudulently using their name, how they respond is a different matter. Appears a Mr Graeme Wingate may need a helping hand to carry the huge chip on his shoulder judging by the response - I hope he enjoys the humiliation of this going in the national press (lets face it they love a good review story) as much as he did trying to humiliate those leaving comments.There are no live offices held by this firm at Churchfields, I am extremely local and is directly situated across from Barnsley Police Station. Maybe Graeme needs to concentrate on updating his business details than massaging his own ego in his responsesThe website states they do "quick mortgages" yet they have limitations imposed on them by the FCA when dealing with mortgage brokering so make your own conclusions.

Recieved an email stating I'd been approved for a loan that I applied for. I emailed them straight back asking when the application was made as I had not made an application, got a reply stating that I had applied and wanting me to see the loan application through by paying them a fee. I don't appreciate being conned I will be taking the matter further.

I am still waiting for my loan. They said it would be in my account today still not there . And then there £100 charge for them to send to account but they say they return because they see the 100 back with the loan . And the £5 to put your account in there system . And the one of £25 fee . but still no loan .and also keep saying system down .but promised loan today

Scammers been done to me before got email from them saying I can get a loan I no the drill you don't pay 25 pound then 100 and more after don't go near

Cold calling scammers. Have tried to call me several times from different numbers.I am not interested nor wish to be harassed.Edit as response: it's literally the call centre number not people using your company name?Hoping it is a mis-dial but a CS/sales operative but it's happened 3 times.

Firstly i didnt eaven bother to ask for a Loan as some of your responses to reviews left are disgusting.....!You have Ridiculed these poor people who made an error in Judgement.Not what you would expect from a (professional) entity.Not eaven we are sorry to here you have been scammed. Just Vile responses.Shame on you and your customer service team.Wont be getting my custom and i shall do everything in my power to make sure you or your affiliates are well known for your poor responses to these People.Shame shame shame.

I used quick loans to get a loan as I was short of cash due to a repair needed on my car. I typed in that I needed a quick loan and their site came up. I was transferred to the site and followed the easy to use site. One simple application form and I only had to wait 2 minutes for a decision. Thanks so much

I was contacted monday saying i had been acceoted for a loan and needed to ring a premium rate numbr for the lan to be put into my bank because I was so desperate for the money i rang it it only took 2 mins on phone the guy said my loan would be in my account with in 48hrs plus i would recieved an email never recieved money or email !
