    Hello every one went to use shop to pawn other gold I had lady in shop very rude when asked her when my other things where due to come out went even worse even her boss said she was right??? All I done was ask question about my property (gold) and threw it back at me I will never use shop ever very rude need help with customer services... Attitude!!! Not nice experience

    I have never seen such arrogance and rudeness from a member of staff dealing direct with customers. I will not use Ramsdems again due to the manner me and my partner were spoken to in.
