Absolute thieves I sold some gold big mistake got £610 and was offered £173 for a 21 carat gold fully hall marked bracelet I asked for it back and have just been paid £550 for the same bracelet. Gold Traders online put you to shame and the gold I sold I could of got£1800

Rang the bell continuously as the sign said ring bell and wait for the buzzer, woman behind the counter kept looking as we were stood looking into an empty shop from outside in the cold with 2 children. Until I realised the door was unlocked and she never said or waved us in. Once in she was the most stuck up tart I've ever had to deal with, asking questions like she couldn't be bothered, and she couldn't even be bothered to walk around to the counter where I was stood. She is absolutely STEALING her wage a month!! Please AVOID this store, they literally do not deserve trade!!

Pouncey staff, if you're going in here it has to be for a reason, obviously, you can't just go in to look.

I have recently been married and their is a couple of people along the way who real helped me out. Some stood out with some expectational service. Joanne the store manager being one of them she helped me get my wedding ring adjusted after finding the prefect one in store she followed up to make sure I had it on time. My day just would not of been the same without thank you Joanne and your amazing team inculding Trisha very much appericated.

If you go here looking for jewellery repair, unless it’s gold, don’t bother as that is all they seem to deal in.
