    Went in the other day to return money clearly stated was bringing money back and the woman behind counter as if we was buyimg a currency to go abroad!! When we said no we asked to change back £ she tried to claim we never told her! Clearly she didn't want to admit to her error then proceeded to giving attitude towards us then ! Shocking behaviour!!
