I have used Ramsdens on various occasions and found their rates the best (Euro) whether on line or direct from the shop. I have always found their staff to be very friendly and helpful, regardless of the location, Inverness, Doncaster etc. I would definitely recommend.

They were unable to service my request for an emergency money transfer due to an error between their system and the western union website.If I were not travelling with a companion this issue would have ended my vacation.The staff was professional and let me know that they had reported the issue to Westwern Union, but did not know when it would be fixed.
