Easy win street. Don’t expect these guys to do much for your money. What they do, you can do yourself with a free template from resolver. As soon as it goes past this they won’t help. There are much better reclaim companies out there which will fight for your money. These guys just send an email and take your money.

Excellent company, they have handled multiple claims on my behalf, their staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, the process is quick and their fees are more than reasonable. My last loan was written off by the supplier thanks to them, saving me repaying £2000 and receiving a small refund of £40, Redbridge didn’t ask for any fees against the £2k write off and even waived their fee for the £40 refund.
