The lady at this branch absolute disgrace,very rude,unprofessional and bad mannered.Rest of the staff are good mannered mostly gents.I need to tell you the lady mentioned above is after review.I was asked on previous occasion to give her good feedback but I forgot to do so that’s why she behaved in this fashion.

Fix your opening and closing times for starters, next, I don't know why a valid UK driving license with matching first and last name is not ok considering that middle names are rarely used in this country

Last time I went to this place the two ladies inside the counter kept on chatting every thing what they spoke was coming outside though the speaker. I thought the lady was talking to me. I got confused. This time a person named Dominc. He won't even say please or Thank you. I asked his name. He said its in the receipt. He was not even bothered to say his name. I did not find any politeness in him. Need to improve a lot how they deal with customers. I prefer to go to other money remitters.
