I have used them for many years and have never had any problems. staff are always very polite and extremely helpful and always go the extra mile to see if they can help you. Loan rates are excellent, and the money is in your bank the same day you apply. They are definitely a company you can rely on for lives little emergency's and a fantastic way to save a few quid!!

Fantastic service. I spoke with Amy regarding a loan to fix my car. The circumstances made the loan assessment difficult due to possible unforseen damages that may have occurred after my drive chain had snapped!. She has been very helpful in the lending process and kept to the responsible lender structure and had been flexible with my options.Overall great experience.

The process using Vivo took 2 days to complete my application for a new person loan. Andrea dealt with me swiftly and personally all in one day. The loan is well received to help with some jobs around the house, the option to put a portion of savings away with my agreed repayments is also a bonus long term.

Great service from SMCU and Harry in particular: really felt treated like a person rather than just a number on a computer screen. It feels like the sort of service you used to get in banks years ago. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to dealing with them again.

SM credit union are top of the customer service game. They are always friendly , supportive and informative. Many times I have returned to credit union for either a loan at Christmas or to access my savings. Most recently it was because of them my dogs life was saved as she needed an emergency surgery and through refinancing a loan and additionally some savings I was able to afford the surgery. Without credit union , being able to get affordable loans and having the ability to save along side many times I would of been stuck with no where to turn. If your struggling with loan companies that just waste your time, credit union is honestly the fastest approving loan company you will probably find with fast replies and amazing customer service not to mention the speed of processing the loan, almost seems untrue. I’ve been a Credit Union member a long time now. Absolutely excellent service and the people who run it are amazing . I wouldn’t have be able to take my son to Jamaica for 8 weeks without SMCU help .
