Just blocked my account for no reason saying the compliance team are reviewing my account for no apparent reason they’ve locked my money what I deposited with them for a week still no sign absolute joke left me with no money all weekend after paying for the “premium” account fee. The customer service are all ex set 1 students with no customer service abilities they put you on hold and ask their scammer manager what they should say. Avoid at ALL costs

Tried to set account and amazed by customer service. I didn’t end up going with Suits Me but shocked to see live chat open late on weekend and fast response. thank you to lady Sophie who helped me and everhone at suits me great service

If i could i will give them minus 1 str. Avoid them they are thievs. They block my account on night 31st December with no reason. After 16 days they unlicked saying ucan use it now without explain. I pay them 10 pounds mknthly for the service they even dont wont refund this. They also charge me with no reason my card was not working online. They mot replayed my emails. Over phone they hang up when i ask them about it. AAVOID!!!!

I have had VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with SUITS ME BANKING. I ordered iPhone online but it was cancelled because the bank didn`t proceed the transaction, but took the money from my account. When I called Customer Service, I was told I would get a refund automatically within 5 days after the date my order was cancelled. I waited 10 days to get the money back to my account, but NO ACTION. Yesterday, I made a call to ask about refund, again I was told : you will get the refund tomorrow, but STILL NO MONEY. Today, I called them again to ask about the money, they also told I need to wait 10 business day in order they investigate the case whether i will be successful or not. I AM REALLY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE SUITS ME PROVIDES. ONCE I GET THE REFUND, I WILL DEFINETELY STOP USING THIS BANKING.

I have a family member who's account balance hasn't been migrated across her old account to the new account following the company's switch from Contis to PPS. Given she works all hours most days she can't phone the helpline and her emails to the urgent help email address go unanswered. It absolutely beggars belief that a bank like Suits Me are happy to take what are in relative terms substantial monthly fees from predominantly low paid workers while at the same time providing shocking customer service which falls well below what the average UK consumer would expect from a high street retail bank.If you have no choice to use a bank that doesn't have FSCS deposit protection such as Suits Me then I'd urge you to do your homework very carefully before you choose one.

Had the account for about a year with little to no problems, recently after a declined payment, I learned after ringing them that my account was under review by their "compliance team" and I had been emailed. I had received no email whatsoever. I am still locked out of my account with no explanation leaving me unable to pay bills and live. Poor service, locked out from my own money and left in the dark. Whenever I try to contact them and gain insight I am told wait the the compliance team to contact them. Do not open an account here if u want to be in full control of your finances. To this day I am still in the dark.

i must have messaged this bank many times to why they were closing my account so soon after opening it and they dont even respond. poor communication, im still waiting for a response. The guy from the compliance team called Harry G has nothing better to do in his miserable life than shut down accounts.

In less than a year of banking with SUITS ME i gave had the most stressful and worrying experience of financial management in 40 years.In less than 2 months they have sent me 4 debit cards. One worked but was deactivated when they closed myaccount and opened another. 2 cardshad the wrong information on and had no activation code. The 4th card was sent when they closed my account and opened another account and worked for a week. They then deactivated the valid card so allmy Direct Debits this month were declined. suits Me or Suits You wrote to tell me they were charging me for each missed payment. Some of these emails were sent after they told me about their errors.I now wait for yet another card so i can activate it and urgently transfer my funds to my new bank. SUITS ME SUITS THEMSELVES. Appalling business.

If you are looking for a bank whom you can trust and that is capable of helping you in a professional manner, DO NOT chose this bank. I have been waiting since before xmas for my card. The manager I spoke to had embarrassing objective handling skills and tried to made me feel like I was to blame for the card not arriving. They seem to be getting more and more negative feedback. Freezing peoples accounts with no explanation and keeping there money is a regular occurance. If I could give no stars I would, even 1 star is to much for this joke of a bank . There is a long list of things Im not happy about but I hope what I have wrote is enough to save people from joining this bank and regretting it.

So I was messaged on Wednesday from compliance team saying that they need to know why my account is being used and if I do not reply within ten days they may freeze account I replied the same day . Even after I gave the email they required they still froze my account on my pay day . I rang up to see what they could do to un freeze as I live hand to mouth and need to feed my family but they can't do nothing I have to wait . This bank wants you only use this account so they can bill you over and over again for using card along with the £10 per month . Please this bank will screw you over and leave money less at some point if you get a compliance email remove all money fast and get new account
