Me and my partner came to Simeon and his team after being refused by 2 banks due to my adverse credit with the help of a previous broker, we was about to give up on the home we had our hearts set on. Oliver was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other rubbish Mortgage Advisors.He was fantastic at keeping in contact with us and gave us detailed accounts of everything that was going on and what to expect next. Absolutely chuffed to bits with Simeon and Josh, myself and my partner had been declined a mortgage and we asked them to give us a call, Simeon was on it straight away (it was 7pm!), sent some docs through and called me the next day to tell us we'd got a mortgage in principle sorted out, and proceeded with the process, we've now been told we've got our mortgage and we were updated all the way through, Can't fault either gentleman as they have done an outstanding job getting us the house that we've been looking for! Highly recommend this company! When I first got in touch with Simeon I was a complete mess after being rejected by my first bank with no clue what to do next. Being a single mum of a young baby and buying my first property. Simeon was patience, honest and reassured me throughout the process as well as being down to earth and easy to talk too!
