Luca was my broker for my first flat purchase in London and he was excellent. Took the time to get to know me and my case and regularly went above and beyond to deliver a great service. Knowing that I was very busy during the week. Luca gave me updates on weekend, when I was more available to discuss. He also described the process very clearly, was very open and honest with fees and ways of working and constantly kept me in the loop

Luca was my broker for the purchase of a flat recently. I would highly recommend him. He understood what I was after and helped me to find a mortgage that worked for my circumstances. When it comes to client service, I would say that he could have easily just communicated via email, but he would personally call me and explain things when needed, even if they were just questions.
