Hi there! :) I have been a Cambrian Credit Union customer / client for quite a few years now. They are an excellent Credit Union indeed! I have had no problems at all, have had great customer service and as a customer, I feel valued, understood and safe. I will continue to use this Credit Union well into the future, as I trust them and rely on them. Thank-you. :)

Opened a savings account but you can only get access to your funds during working hours so if have an emergency during the weekend you're out of luck, even during working hours the funds take a few hours to reach your account all this for a £5 a year fee and no interest on savings, will stick with my bank saving account

had I not known about the credit union I would have chosen a payday loan..but for a small fee I was able to borrow the money I need for car repairs and get my vehicle back on the road and pay back an affordable loan whilst saving money. very friendly and helpful...couldbt have been more accomodating...no idea what the bad review is about. both ladies were absolutely lovely. highly recommend if you can't get a loan from the bank and are looking at the high interest loans the credit union will save you from that.

Very helpful, a little slow on approval but no harassment. Happy shopper.
