Shocking company. Irresponsible lending. Backed by the ombudsman. This company now has gone quiet and won't even respond to the ombudsman service. Avoid at all costs. And as for the usual response to reviews from car cash on Google. I am more than happy to post up evidence to back what l say. Been told to pay back by the ombudsman now a d shock, car cash have gone quiet and won't reply to emails. Even tried to serve a notice of arrears while the ombudsman was telling them to pay me back . They haven't got a clue. Anyone who has used them, get an irresponsible lending complaint done. Go to the ombudsman site and you will see car cash loose more cases than they win.

Hmmm well what can I say about this company.My partner Sarah Powell had a shocking time with these rogues.They are the most horrible company on the planet.They bullied her when she was sick with covid .One of the staff members called Hollie is a nasty ,uncaring person who even reduced her too tears with her constant threats.if you fall behind with your payments,they ask for medical proof ,bank statements etc etc.We only borrowed £800 but by the time we paid it off it was over £2500 .When you pay off the loan, they take so long to send your documents back and remove the marker from the car. She called several times and yet extremely rude and very unpleasant.My honest opinion of this is avoid at all costs .No matter how desperate you are please look at this company’s reviews first as that’s what my partner should have done .They should be investigated as I don’t think there services are fair .So AVOID CARCASH Point!!!

Toke loan with 2 years ago paid of early went to sell my car and had marker put against my car don't use 😑

Had an insulating response when I contacted them on behalf of my daughter who was in hospital ICU on a ventilator it was suggested the hospital letter I had given them was fake and they said they phoned the hospital and there was no doctor of that name or patient how disgusting to call me a lier when my daughter was seriously ill disgraceful give them a miss

I have provided evidence as I won compensation from you as the financial ombudsman ruled in my favour. You tried to get this complaint taken down but as I provided they evidence its stated up. Also trust pilot isn't accurate as you offer borrowers money to get them to review you. Because they owe me money for irresponsible lending they've decided to be rude on the phone, pretend they've not received my details when I've been told to email them to update. Pretend they know nothing about the money they owe when it will clearly be on the financial ombudsman website. Pretend it's a bad line when I call. Holly the manager is the worst. Last time I called up again to check if my details have been updated and they pressed a buzzer that says bull s*itAvoid at all costs

Wouldn’t recommend. Very high interest, not surprising. Borrowed about £3,500 in late 2019. Fell behind with payments after a while and in total, about 14 months later, I repaid in total close to £6,000.

Absolutely shambles of a company rude vile people 😤 always adding fees and threaten further action. I would avoid at all costs lucky I managed to pay my loan off, but there attitude stinks Christina has no people skills whatsoever. they also offer £50 off your loan for good feedback.

Zac you’re 100% right. It happened with my self and I had terrible experiences with CAR CASH POINT. I ended up by paying double money then I borrowed and don’t have car. They are not updating what happened with my car. When will I get the balance if my car is sold.They are big liars too, they changed the statement at last minute from £750 to full amount of £4500 which they wants me to pay in 10minutes else my car will go.Since they took my car I did not get any update. I am forwarding this messages to all my friends and family and social media.Let the people aware of CCP SCAMS

Find it funny that every bad review gets the same response. 2.5k for 10k is extorsion. Wont accept payment plans, Wont respond to phone calls. Happy to Rob you blind when your vulnerable. Avoid this company

So happy with the service received from Car Cash Point today and in general. Finally in a position to pay off the loan - upon requesting a settlement balance they were extremely helpful and the reduced settlement was a lot less than i expected. overall a great service and really helped me out during a difficult time when i was transitioning with jobs. The collections supervisor Elena was a pleasure to speak to on a monthly basis. Highly recommended.
