    I've been a customer at C&C for almost 15+ years. Staff have always been so helpful. Recently it's been extra cool with a super intelligent well spoken young lady who knows her tech and gold prices!!

    Absolute mess of customer service. Couldn't put an item code into a till. Couldn't work out a way around it. I wouldn't mind but it was a 6 quid bluray! 2 members of staff staring at me blankly or asking me to come back another time...I was offered a quid off which was handy when it was in a 3 for 2 offer anyways which wouldn't have still been valid. Complete shambles and I won't be going back.

    Terrible experience was told to bring my amplifier down they would by the two foreign staff one man one woman had no customer service experience very abrupt and quite rude and so was the tall English fella with glasses they made me fell as they were doing me a favour and like I was begging I will not be going there again RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!cashconverters in future
