Central Trust are very friendly but also very professional from start to finish , they kept in contact all the way until the end. Big shout out to Richard and Matt, brilliant service from these guys and they were always there should you need help with anything cheers guys.

Mostly good, gave me the wrong return address for a form that needed a signature witness which meant the form was lost and I had to go through the hassle of finding a witness again. Asked me to send a settlement figure which they had already received from me and had acknowledged receipt. But on the whole much more efficient, faster and more communicative than the bank who I applied to borrow the money from.

I was in a very bad position of having more money going out than coming in..Jenny made it possible to live life again by cutting what i had going out by more than half..very understanding lady who listened and wrote everything down to show the underwritter the position i was in and the position i could be in with the help from them...they consolidated all debts to give me a fresh start and enough to get my bathroom done..i now have a massive burden lifted from my shoulders and can now enjoy life again with my children...big thank you to central trust and an even bigger thank you to Jenny..

I've borrowed from central trust before and had no problems with getting my first loan found them to be very helpful. Then I phoned them to see what my chances where of taking out a further loan and again they where so helpful and I now have a better car with my best wishes to you all at Central trust

Appalling service from start to finish. I have never experienced such a dire and unprofessional service than what I received from Central Trust. After a long process of almost a month and nearly 12 pieces of documents sent I received a decline based on their erroneous assumption that I wasn't living in my property. I offered to send various pieces of evidence to prove that I was living in the property but they would not accept this. Central Trust has caused me nothing but stress for the last month. Once I believed I had all documentation in order and the loan was ready to pay out they would then ask for further documentation. They changed the goalposts on several occasions to suit themselves.I would urge you to AVOID this company at all costs.I have referred the matter to the financial ombudsman to take this case further.

Undortunately we used a broker who was very difficult to deal with . However when we spoke to Central Trust it was a breeze , very freindly and helpful . The funds were processed quickly . I just wish we had approached them directly , rather than going through a broker .
