Absolute rip off company.Brought what I was told was a 1tb ps4 with a controller included and a extra controller totalling £240.Upon getting home the controller included included the ps4 was constantly scrolling up. Took back they said it was cleaned and now working. Got it home still not working and apparently it isn't included in the warranty so we lost money on that and had to buy another. I checked out the storage on the PlayStation and it isn't infact a 1tb but a 500gb so I've basically paid double the money for a less storage ps4 and a pad thay doesn't work and I have no proof of this apart from a box which states it was 1tb when it is not.Cash money Long Eaton have not given me any replacement or offered and they have not taken any responsibility for them selling me missold products which do not infact work. Its a real shame because I was very happy with the deal and wanted to treat myself now I'm out of pocket and have been done by this crook company. DO NOT RECOMMEND, avoid at all costs! Really disappointed overall.

Made a purchase of a laptop, having asked about the difference between two models of the same price. The girl was very friendly and I bought the model with the larger screen. Fifteen minutes later, I changed my mind about the item I wanted, but the store would not replace. I am not used to these businesses, but it seemed unfair that I could not change my mind.
