Would like to thank the lovely manager zoey today for helping me when was in a horrible situation after leaving the cash shop she was absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend to anyone lovely staff and great customer service

Staff are helpful polite all in all its a good shop

staff breaking the law by telling you that if you buy a second hand phone from them, and then that phone becomes blacklisted, that your reciept no longer applies, and a refund/replacement is no longer covered by the shop.This is a breach of the consumer act as well as providing products that are fit for purpose. In addition it breaks the law by attempting to convince customers that their statutory rights do not apply.Avoid at all costs....

There is a lady there in this shop I think she is the manager, unfortunately I don't know her name, but she's been wonderful, very professional, very helpful, I'm very grateful for her helping me today. Just wanted to say thank you and God bless you during this difficult time.

I went in there today and there was a lovely women that served me called zoe that really helped me with my item I felt very comfortable with zoe so thankyou again zoe

zoe the manager is very respectful and helpful I've known her a long time and have used there services for yrs and there's 2 new members of staff who are very quick to help with any queries or what ever u need Magda and Adam great new employees recommend this shop and there services to anyone needing quick help

A manager that lies as easy as she breathes!Whilst in Hull I sent some money to a chap in the Philippines who was in some difficulty but the transfer could not be traced, so I had to do another 46 mile round trip to the shop in Hull to find out why and we discovered an error in the reference number.A day later, my friend who was now in dire straights still could not recover the funds I had sent and the manager advised that I should make a third trip!!! I said no, please recall the funds! She lied and said this is not possible and I know it is a blatant lie!They warn you that people try to scam you in the Philippines well I am warning you that the Cash Shop in Hull scams you and then lies to you!Thank heavens I sent just £20.00 and not £200!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR THE MANAGERESS!

Brilliant set of ladies (Zoe and Catalina) that work in here always willing to help and give you the best information and price on goods, online evaluation always has a smaller price(if details about item given properly) and always a suprise when you go in and get more cash for your stuff would rather go into the cash shop then getting poor customer service at the shop near by. (Cash converters).

The foreign woman who works heres a proper scammer I came in today to return a faulty mobile phone she actually sold me anyhow I came in & said i would like to return this & get a refund she checks the phone in front of me clearly showing the faults phone doesn’t ring faulty buttons no service etc & she said there was nothing wrong with the phone so I wasn’t getting refunded so I asked for her manager he came I explained what was wrong with phone he saw this for himself then happily refunded me NO PROBLEM that woman is disgusting please people beware of her otherwise you’ll be ripped off in fact just don’t even bother going here go CASH CONVERTERS nice staff there they won’t rip you off I’ll never buy from here again & I’ll tell anyone who’ll listen not to come here too trying to rip me off BIG MISTAKE!!!

The staff are lovely and welcoming. always smiling and polite, Zoe and Catalina especially, lovely conversations, great service and wouldnt go anywhere else.
