No point in making complaints. The branch manager is very unprofessional and makes inappropriate jokes, which really emotionally distressed me. I made a complaint, but even the Sheffield Area Manager denied the incident. They will not take any action to fix the injustice.After finding out what sort of people work here, I even feel unsafe that I had given them my address, name and phone number as a requirement for a transaction. I definitely regret coming to this shop. It's best to go somewhere else. There are similar businesses nearby.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star.I would like to complain about one of your staff in your branch in Fitzalan Square, Sheffield. His name is Mario. This is something you must investigate as it might be his attempt to scam me. He was very unprofessional and made what he calls a "joke" that really made feel he was trying to scam me.On the 18th of Oct. when the Shop was nearly closing, I wanted to receive some money sent to me. It was 67 pounds. Mario said "Ooo! 67 pounds!". As I was about to sign the pen & tablet machine, there was a malfuction with the system and he told me that he could not give me the money, and that I will have to come back the next day, which I understand. I told him to make sure the status of the money-transfer says that it has not been taken yet, since I was already half way through the process of receiving the money on the computer. I explained to him that my concern was that I might be told that I've already received the money when I haven't when I come back. He assured me that it will be fine and I trusted him. When I left, they closed the shop, which makes me the last customer.The next day around 12:30pm, I came back.I was still served by Mario. He acted as though he didn't recognize me and asked me what I needed. I told him, I'm here to receive the money just like yesterday. In a very serious manner he said "It says here it has already been paid.". I was very shocked. I said "Don't you remember me? I was your last customer yesterday.". He replied in a very serious manner "No, it says here it's already been paid.".Me: "You told me yesterday that you can't give the money to me because of your system."Mario: "I don't remember. I said that to many customers." (Again. Very serious. Not smiling.)At this point i was so upset and said "You told me to come back yesterday!!!" And he started to laugh and say he was only joking. "It's only a joke. I joke with many customers."To be honest, I'm not even convinced that he meant it as a joke. It's possible it's his attempt on scamming me. If it were a joke, he would have been smiling as he said it and it would've been obvious that it's a joke, but he was very serious. I was very scared that I would not receive the money. I could even feel my heart beating. It's not even appropriate to joke like that when it comes to money.I took out my phone and started to film him. Right after the video started, he started to act professionally and gave ne my money. He apologized, but I have not forgiven him. You need to conduct a serious investigation as he claims that he does this to many customers and it's possible it's his modus operandi in commiting scams. Such an employee can really tarnish your reputation as Cash Shop and Western union. I recommend that you remove him from his position.If you are interested in seeing the video of him, I can send it to you via email if you give me your email. In the video he acted professionally, because I told him i will report him, but before the video started, he was very unprofessional.Today, righy before sending this email, I called their branch and asked to speak to the manager. It was Mario who answered. I asked him who this is and he said "This is Mario. I am the manager." I don't know if that is true, but obviously he is not fitting to be in any job position in this shop.
