H&T Pawnbrokers 1-13 Angel Street, Norton S3 8LN

I visited the H & T Pawnbroker store on 1/9/2018. Their Customer Service is superb, this is why I give them 5 stars-I'd give them more if I could. I was seen by Lisa and trainee Jason, they made me feel welcome, relaxed, explained everything in detail, answered my questions, continually had a smile on faces. Couldn't ask for a better service. I WILL be going to them again in the future for my loan needs. You looking for exceptional Customer Service.... they're the people to go to. Thank u both very much

Horrendous place. Went online and got a price for an item. Booked appointment slot and used last bit of cash i had to get into town. Once at the shop i was told they no longer take 'said item'. Absolute clueless bunch of muppets. Also didn't even have the decency to ring me and explain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Luckily i found another shop who were extremely professional and knew what they were doing

They are a evil company they employ a manager currently working there who has no clue what there doing. They damage your Jewellery by testing it. When there's no need too test it when it's fully hallmarked I would seriously urge people look else where anywhere before even remotely thinking about using this vile company not too mention they also charge colossal amounts of interest more then any other pawn broker I've ever come across if I could rate a zero I would

Very friendly amazing staff cant do enough to help. Also regarding the last review it is necessary to test all items they buy in as fake gold is normally fake hallmarked plus they charge less interest than other high street pawnbrokers
