Never answer the phone, cant access my online account, always have problems logging in. Last year I had to Email M Smithy to ask for money out of my savings into my bank account as I didn't want to get a loan, after a lecture about my shares going down yada yada they finally transferred the amount I asked for.Now again this year cant get into my account and they wont answer the phone, though website says it's open. I've been with CU for a number of years and I hardly ever have to contact them except once a year and I cant even do that. This is a JOKE

If i could give these people 1 star i would i have been with these for over 10 years i have a fair bit of savings with them i needed to borrow a small amount as both my parents have died within 6 weeks and was spoken to by the manager called gina who basically called me a liar asking for proof basically all because i was early asking for a help i cant believe how callous these people are avoid this credit union there are plenty of others

Displaying your opening times and then not answering the phone during those times is a pretty shoddy way to do business.Edit: 6 days of calling between 10 and 2 and never getting an answer!

Never ever answer the phone, but they will sit there and chat, one lady in particular is unbelievably rude to people.

I believe the staff are absolutely out standing. They always go out of there way to help me. Plus there not being payed at all, so I believe there doig the absolute best and should all be proud of themselves. I'd pay them in hugs if I could haha. No there doing brilliant there. Well done lady's and guys 👏👏👏

Very friendly staff, excellent organisation. Shut thurs and fri 13th and 14th September for computer overhaul or something but open again Monday? Slight inconvenience but no ones fault as it needed to be done. Brilliant customer service, in my honest opinion all should join, saving pennies or pounds it all adds up and is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Any chance of answering the phone? Been ringing for days. I'm not happy.

Love my credit union! friendly customer service and great staff. Been with them for 2 years and I will stay for many more years to come.
