We contacted credit plus as they were advertising the lowest apr, Mat Richards was amazing he contacted me the same day I applied and had my finance approved within an hour. We viewed the car the same day and informed Mat that we wanted it and he sorted the finance out the same day. All in all we applied, viewed and bought the car within 2 days.Mat provided the information we needed but did not pressure us in anyway. I used Creditplus to buy my last car, the service I recieved from Mat Richards and team at Creditplus was everyhting I could ask for. They delivered me a great car and I will use them again in the future.

Car price was £9 they added 3k on the top ! Car came damaged and now they said you should sign the papers on delivery , they also said the delivery driver offered me check list ( he didn't!) Here is your key , sign here and here and that's it . I'm paying £17k for car that costs £9k and is damaged . If you think I'll keep paying you , you are wrong ! The car has a constant knock! And Kieran logistic manger told me the car is %100 safe , look at the tire ! Is that safe?We arrange this to be repaired and he gave me his contact so when I give the car to a garage , I should pass his contact to the repair company so they can cover the costs , Kieran never answered the phone and the garage refused me ! They don't reply to my email and nothing.

Deal brokered involved repaying 11k for a 6k car, no discussion regarding interest, thankfully it was obvious from the monthly repayments. This is down to the lender of course.The advisor encouraged me to put down a deposit on a car after saying the lender had confirmed the application was successful, however the lender contacted me directly to say it was provisional depending on further information. I told the advisor this, but he persisted in saying it was all finalised despite my being told otherwise by the lender. I feel I could have lost a pricey desposit here. Enough to break my trust if the extortionate rate wasn't already a deal-breaker.Be careful of these organisations, especially if you aren't well-off as they seem designed to prey on people with lower income. My advisor said i'd been approved for a monthly repayment which was evidently much too high to be manageable, I thought there were now regulations against this?

Not the best. I managed to get much better deal from another local company. Salesman told me I couldn't do better and assured me they had the best deal when in fact I achieved a much better rate elsewhere. Matt Richards and Blake Hawkworth work for Creditplus and appear to be leaving reviews for company which makes me think this company is not professional and is happy to commit fraud to get the results they want.

came through to Chris le absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish dealt with quickly got acceptance quickly and got me into the car I wanted first class service throughout pat on the back to Chris.

Absolute cowboys! Was going to purchase a car from them until i found out they had put £2000 above the actual car price and with no explanation as to why. Seems they just like ripping people off. Customer service is non existent too. No on call s you back when agreed and I've spent countless hours trying to get my deposit back. Avoid at all costs if you'd like to keep your sanity and not be overcharged for a car you can buy elsewhere for a fraction of the cost!
