Not as good as they say don't help people if you got bad credit or ccj as avertising if you got good credit you wouldn't want too use them anyway people really on this my as well used door step lenders and they take money off you before you get a decision

Used these for about 4 years now and never had an issue. My loans are always approved very quickly and payment is usually the same day I'm approved if I sign my form quick enough. Never had an issue when calling up about money in my savers account or my share 1 account either and can't transfer my money out from my share 1 account easily. Its lovely they have a savings account on there for you also that they put money in to every week out of your money because it helps you to save up.

Derbyshire Credit Union have been brilliant. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years now and have had no issues. You can easily view your account online and now you can apply for a top up loan and get it the same day without having to even leave your house, it's even better. I like the fact that you have to save money with them to (only a couple of pounds per week) but it all adds up. It's a perfect way to put money aside for Christmas or holidays and the user interface is clear and easy to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone. (member 6196)

Opening my Credit Union account is the best financial decision I have ever made! Real people treat me as a human being and enable me to make sound decisions such as those who are now helping me to rebuild my financial status. They do this whilst enabling me to bank with the ability to exercise all the options of a clearing bank but without their various attempts to exploit me. Banking with a human face does not begin to describe how good DCB is in my life.

Very fast friendly & efficient. Becoming a member has really been a life line in times of need , as well as day to day.. if needed to borrow very good rates and when saving has helped me achieve my saving goals very quickly and budget for expensive times like Christmas.
