Excellent experience at the office in Leeds. Applying for a loan is not comfortable for some people and sometimes the agents can make you feel very uncomfortable and almost embarrassed for even daring to ask. Tyrone made me feel like a human being and understood that I had just had a financial blip over the last couple of months. He explained everything fully and clearly and even checked that it was something that I wanted to commit to before I finally signed. I would highly recommend this company and this gentleman to anybody that may just need a helping hand but is too embarrassed to ask because of how they may have been made to feel by previous lenders.

Not happy, i had a letter from the Leeds office today advising that they had received an application for a loan. I haven't applied for one! Went through security. Advised them i had not applied. They said the information came through a broker. Phoned the number they gave me. Number does not exist!!!Something dead dodgy here!!

I saw debbie from the leeds branch, she explained everything clearly and always checked if i understood everything. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The Apr is high but if you have poor credit what do you expect! I would recommend to anyone and thank you for all your help debbie
