I visited the kirkgate branch this afternoon. The saff was fantastic 10/10 especially Sarah. Sarah went above and beyond for me today I actually cried. I truly can't thank her enough. She's a tremendous asset to the company

So I stayed at the chevin Park Hotel Otley for one night 17/03/2022. For my mums 70th birthday.I tried to call the day before to book for dinner n afternoon tea, i paid extra for. Called ten times. Just kept saying call ended. I had to email to get a call back.Checked in early. For an executive double room.was really under whelmed. I appreciate they are going for the log cabin look. But it was dark, dingy, cold, dusty, mirrors smeared. Really needs a revamp. Very dated decorBut I tried to hold back on judgement hoping the facilities and food would make up for the room.But unfortunately they fell short alsoThe dressing gowns are like sand paper and very cheap filmsy slippers.The pool was extremely tiny and super shallow to the point. I actually banged my legs just swimming. Everything was grubby .So went for afternoon tea. Sorry the quality was very poor. Everything seemed pre made. Or everything was out of a packet.. nothing fresh.So we went for dinner early as we where so hungry from not liking the afternoon tea.But again my mums food was just warm. The mash, tasted like smash. But she was that hungry she ate it..I had a classic burger, but the bread bun was hard.. but once again so hungry I ate it. It was just warm. Nothing seemed hot or fresh.Was cold in the room. When requesting a extra blanket. We got it straight away. Which was fantastic.In the morning no hot water..when speaking to Reception they said it was getting dealt with..but by the time we went for breakfast at 9.35 still wasn't working . Check out was 11.The breakfast again not the best..I'm not sure if they pre cook or buy things in already cooked. But was poor. Brought the toast out 10mins before the cooked breakfast.. so toast was cold. But asked for more bread and did recieve it.I didn't expect to be staying in a palace.. but ,£360 for one night, including pool, afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast, bottle of prosseco and flowers. Which where cheap flowers,was so NOT WORTH IT. Everything was subpar, compared to the price we paid.It wasn't just one thing. It was everything about our stay. Which was very underwhelming.Dusty, dark rooms. Dated decor. Food which just seemed to be reheated. Dressing gowns like sand pape, cheap slippers. No hot water in the morning.. I just think it wasn't worth the £360.The only good thing. The staff where nice.. But everyone seemed in their own world.Please please save your money and stay at home..

Really dissapointed. Had some gold for sale which I found whilst clearing out relatives house after bereavement. Most was sellable but some scrap. Was offered £280. Went to Cash Converters a few doors down and was offered £350 for same gold.

I get all my currency here wont go anywhere else!! Staff are friendly and well trained and speak nicely to you
