Applied for a loan, spoke to Sarah, sent in loads of personal documents, but then she decided to go on leave, left Tracy in charge to deal with my application. Chased up loan application dozens of times. Weeks went by with no response to emails/calls never returned. Don't bother with these clowns. Go to TrustTwo for a loan. Super-fast service and certainly don't ignore you...

Absolutely excellent service from this company. Was very impressed with Sarah and how helpful she was! Giving me lots of advice and pointing me in the right direction as well as finalising my loan. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Can't thank Nadia, and Daniel enough for helping me, the only thing I found frustrating is the issue of cheques to clear other creditors I had, sent a cheque over a week ago to clear one and they say it takes 7days for it to appear on their system in the meantime the loan as gained £40 more interest and still no sign of the cheque been cleared, like. I said can't thank them enough for helping me the way they did.

I have been to Everyday Loans on 2 occasions now and came away empty handed. What they offered was much less than applied for. It would have left me in far greater financisl hardship than I was trying to get away from.People go to this loan company because they have poor credit scores. People are more than aware of their poor credit, they are living it. On both occasions of going to Everyday loans I have left feeling lectured and stripped of my dignity. On both occasions I have declined their misinformed offer as it would have finished me. Once I declined, they started to lecture and almost badger into accepting their poor offer. I felt ill when I left their office.It concerns me that more vulnerable people subjected to that service could end up with more financial hardship and poor quality of life with their lectures and luring into applying again in 8 months if you take their offer and increasing your debt.They are sharks, praying on vulnerable public who have incomes. I would NEVER recommend Everyday loans to anyone.I dont know how they sleep at night.One star is generous for how I felt, leaving that office.
