This review is a few years short of the initial purchase (well i will say around 4 years short). Would like to say that although their fees are significantly higher then other organizations. They did their part and did a fantastic job in helping me secure my mortgage albeit a small one considering most brokers dont deal with valuations of less then £100k. Throughout the process they kept me upto date with what was going on and always assisted where i needed it. Would be happy to use them or ask for advise which they are more than happy to. I was looking for a business loan a while back... after a few phonecalls they made my visions look easily achievable but at a price. The quote I received was horrendous the broker fees and setup fees are the highest I've seen. After steering well away they continued to pester me for several months. I still get occasional emails and phonecalls from this company a year on. I would not recommend.

This company advised me they would refund nearly 300.00 if they could not help. Even knowing I advised them of my current situation. The company lie to get your money don't stop calling you promise you the world when your applying and then start lieing about what they agreed. Stay away from there people they Rob you and then talk rude to you. I will fully investigate and complain to get my money back. My advise dont trust this company or the people they keep calling you everyday and then once they have the money they don't even bother to call or write to confirm why. Bad bad bad company do not use!!!

Although the service was swift the full fees charged were hidden within the paperwork and has ended up costing triple what the advised fee were. over 10% of the loan amount. Plus they simple passed the loan onto another lender who charged a high and then took there high fee too.

Absolutely brilliant service, John Hill worked tirelessly to get my company a result. Lovely guy who takes into account the personal aspects of the business and the sector. Current climate made it very difficult to obtain some lending but John got a result in the end. Thank you so much John and Genie Lending, we will definitely be returning customers.

From the first phone call to completion the service was both professional and personal. First agent spoken to was Nick who gave information to digest with no hard sell. On agreeing terms I was allocated a case manager, John H who demonstrated his knowledge and understanding of our needs, giving direction to achieve the goal. Great job JH.
