I put a ring in to be repaired. It was sent off. Quoted 50 quid by the person who does repairs.However when I came to collect and pay because apparently the work needed was not what the gentleman thought I was charged nothing/zilch.Made for a happy day. A lovely thing and such honesty. Ring no longer snapped, excellent job.Person in charge of shop also friendly and helpful.
