Worst place ever they are liars and scam artists I had a 18ct platinum diamond ring and they were happy to buy. Offered me a rubbish price so I said I would think about it. 1 hour later I decided I would pawn the item and get some money, to my absolute surprise the lady then told me after she had tested the ring already that it Is plated gold and it is not worth any money. So I thought let me see what rubbish she would come back with I also am wearing a 18ct white gold diamond ring which I was there when bought. She looked at the ring and said this is not even diamond so I told her to test it in front of me and it came back diamond. Be aware anyone selling jewellery in the money shop they are not trained or qualified to be testing jewellery!

Terrible attitude in the shop, who gave me false information to try and make me pay by cash. Wanted £500 in euros, got my card out, polish lady behind the counter said my card will charge up to 10% for using it, said that isn't true, i use my card numerous times a year for euro's, and never been charged before, she said there is a cash machine next door, i said i can only draw out £300 a day on a card, she said well then, they will charge you up to 10%, she obviosuly only wanted cash, not card, so fed me a load off bull, so i walked out, and will never walk back in there again.

The money shop gave me the best price for my unwanted gold, and the two ladies serving were lovely and very helpful.

Firstly, the Girls here are lovely. Always approachable, polite and happy. The currency rates speak for themselves - best by far compared to others locally. Will be coming back each and everytime I need currency.
