The staff here are so friendly and professional.! The store always has a nice selection of watches and jewellery that is usually in excellent condition and very competitively priced. Never any pressure to buy anything. The staff are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you and always do there best with any enquiries. I can't recommend highly enough. You can save so much money coming here and avoiding buying brand new. Honestly give it a try you will be surprised. Watford store gives a class A service and honestly cannot fault the service provided.

Tried selling my watch to these guys. They quoted me a figure by email and then when I waisted half a day at the shop they tried to undercut me by £500. They were selling lesser models on their website for three times the price. I think they believe all the punters trying to sell to them are desperate crack heads who will sell luxary goods to them for peanuts. Sorry but we're not all muppets!

Bought a phone from their eBay account the phone got blacklisted, been trying to get a hold of them and no one replies to my emails and no one bothers getting back. They are fraudsters and help criminals get quick money and flog their stuff on to genuine buyers to take their hard earned money. I will not rest till they sort out my issue. People just stay away from these guys.

Excellent store lovely staff, Sam the manager and her team are a great help and always give a warm welcome. Very attentive and listen to what I want. Recommend quality of items to everyone.

I've been using H&T pawnbrokers for twenty plus years, in that expanse of time you can expect one or two hiccups. But on the whole the staff, especially at the Watford branch, are a great bunch, they are friendly, knowledgeable and really try to help if you need it. I used their services recently and will continue to.Highly recommend the Watford branch.

I have been a customer with them for a long time. I have a article with them right now and just asked for a few days flexibility to come to them as I have been admitted to the hospital and agreed to provide them proof. But staff was very unhelpful and said it's at the auction house already and I have to come before 4pm tomorrow. Which is a big lie, if it is at the auction house already then how are they going to release it tomorrow provided I paid them the money. I am very disappointed the fact that they do not consider individual circumstances and only their agenda is to make money somehow. And also amount of interest they charge is bloody reddiculas. I am paying almost more than the value of my article for just 8 months. This is a complete rip off and would not recommend any one to use there services. Very poor , unhelpful and cruel people.
