    The shop is very tidy and beautiful if you have any jewelry they will give you the best rate in my opinion ! I was served by a lovely woman called keesha she was happy to help me and very polite !! She explained the process of me selling any jewelry very clearly !!! Highly recommend!

    Excellent shop...used this shop on and off for yrs..bought and sold....cashed couple of checks...highly recommend.kat the manager is lovely and very professional....has a great team...Julia.. rose Billie Jean and Linda.. is really lovely too!!! Will continue to use this shop for years to come...the shop is always clean and tidy and the jewellery is always presented very well....was very impressed with the multi lingual staff members.

    Brought a gold chain and it weighed 3 grams less than what it was supposed to weigh , now have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund , waste of time !
