Many years I've had loans, furniture and electronics. As I've just got carpets I thought it is now time to do a great review.I had a freezer go down one summer and mutual saved me quick delivery walked in good weekly price.All staff are very friendly and helpful even with carpets gladly came with pattern books due to myself working 6 days a week at the moment at a time suitable.Happy with cash in the shop to pay, standing orders and even happy to come out every week to save on bus fair.Happy customer for 5 years+

I went to mutual again after 20 years and purchased several items from the store . I arranged a delivery for 26th march to a property I was going to rent . There was uncertainty as to whether it could go ahead due to the government closing all non essential stores .The Manager Darren called me the day before and assured me the delivery of my items was uppermost in his mind and he personally delivered my items . Now that what I call " Excellent Service .Thank you so very much
