THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF THAT OPTION WAS AVAILABLE.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. 0 stars, for 0 service.I phoned the shop 15 minutes before I set off to Leigh to ask if they provided the service I required, they where lovely on the phone and told me the service WAS AVAILABLE and if I came down to the store, they WOULD be happy to help. 15 minutes after the phone call, I arrived at the Leigh branch, THE SAME BRANCH I HAD SPOKEN TOO ON THE PHONE. I walked in and the SNOBBY women behind the screen took one look at me (I was wearing joggers) and they said they don't offer the service I phoned about. When I stated I had just phoned, they said the woman on the phone had lied, with there only being TWO WOMEN in the shop, one off them had to be who had answered the phone to me. The women when you are in front off the inside the shop are snobby and rude. How you could be judgmental and work in a pawnbrokers is beyond a joke. I will be telling everyone I come across to avoid this shop. The sooner it closes down, the better. HP PAWN BROKERS, INVEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK SHOPS, FAILING THAT, BETTER STAFF WHO CAN ACTUALLY CARRY OUT THEIR JOBS.
