    So disappointed. I really expected more from H+T as it's such an established jewellers.I bought a gold chain and a pair of gold earrings a few months ago. After putting the necklace on, it slipped down off me within seconds. I then realised that a link must be broken or open. . I tried to contact them in view of returning it and getting a replacement. I have emailed them with total faith. I have even suggested that i go to the shop. Although it was lockdown. I said I could go once lockdown was lifted.I emailed H+T with no response. I emailed again with no response again. I've emailed now a few times. Still no reply. I'm left with no option but to leave this review. So disappointed and disheartened
