DON'T TRUST! DON'T GET CONNED!. Horrible company and people, we fell on harder times so asked them if they could reduce payment till we was a bit better off and the response was positive, telling us we could pay £10 every 2 weeks, and that they would review our situation further down the line.Comes to the day to take the money out, only to find out they hadn't stuck to the £10 but taken a lot more.After emailing them they said the payments will not be £10. The failed to honour their agreement with us.This company gives loans out when you're desperate then knocks you further down with all the lies and stress of this company, they con people, please don't let them fool you and don't let yourself get conned.This company shouldn't be allowed to trade ...... disgusting how they treat people like a piece of dirt that's got no feelings.

Awful company. Steer clear at all costs. Even if you are desperate there has to be another way. I had to pay they an extortionate amount to stop repossession of a car I bought 2nd hand with a loan attached to it in order to stop them repossessing. Horrible, rude, unsympathetic people to deal with. Manager always in a ‘meeting’, leaving his minions to get on with his dirty work. Tried to claim back money I had paid but they have this covered, I had no agreement with them so I had no rights as a consumer. Legalised loan sharks. There can be nothing so bad that you need to use this company, I promise.

This company is from dark ages victorian era. They repossessed a car which i bougt as a new owner for previous owners logbook loan. I am in utter shock and disgruntled about this disgusting loan system. I will be taking a legal action will be speaking to consumer credit control, CAB. They didnt make no contact with me prior to repossession of the car. I have medical conditions and my job entirely depends on my car. Their hearltess action caused me enormous distress amd anxiety. They penalised me for someone else's debt. I am left with no car no info. While i am "Chasing" my insurance company for a stolen car since 26th june 2018. And i am only informed by by Manchester poilce on 18th July 2018 that it has been repossessed by these bandits and heartless animals.

Fantastic quick service. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Needed cash quite quickly and logbook money saved the day. Really appreciate the team even when in a bit of financial difficulty they were great to help me out. Thankyou so much. Highly recommended.
