Have been with credit union for over 10 years now. Best thing I have ever done and have never had any sort of problem. I have managed to build my credit rating up and save a lot of money at the same time. The team are great, very friendly and are always there to help with any questions you have. I would definitely recommend using.

I honestly don't think I have ever experienced engaging with and dealing with a company or organisation so well deserving of the highest of praise for exemplary service and customer service in absolutely every instance of engagement - as I have with London Plus Credit Union. From straightforward provision of service to dealing personally with account management or responding to queries and requests - absolutely top-notch in every instance. And as a typical Virgo it is ordinarily very easy for me to find fault and very rare to be so impressed. And I never bother writing reviews either ordinarily. Well done them. Absolutely proper.

London Plus Credit Union are small enough to retain a friendly community feel, but compete with larger banks by offering diverse savings accounts and they also offer very favourable terms to customers applying for loans.I totally recommend London Plus, particularly if trying to save for something quite large as they offer some very good deals matching a customer’s savings with money in the form of very affordable loans.Also I find that the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.Stuart A. It's always been a pleasure talking to the staff here and they've been absolutely brilliant withe helping you if there's a problem . But it is difficult to talk to some one as the phones are so busy But understandably so .

London Plus Credit Union is the best Lone Lender I have used. Their Interest is very Low and Staff are friendly and very professional. I love this company because you talk to a real person and they call and talk to you if there is any problems or needs and also offers Top Up Lone-if you want one. I am very happy with the Service they provided me. Anyone looking for a Lone should try them first.❤️👀❤️

London plus credit union have been such an amazing and reliable organisation to have signed up with.The organisation have made it so easy to apply for a loan and made me feel I can trust them.The staff are always so professional and friendly and I feel like they know me personally whenever I call.I have been signed up with them a while now and I have never had any issues or problems and they have also helped me to save which was always a challenge for me in the past. I am so happy that I am apart of this service and grateful it is a service provided for the community that need it most.

Great company. Applying for a loan is quick and easy. They seem to not focus on my credit history but more on if I can afford a loan and the repayments. Everyone was friendly and it felt like they wanted to help you (not like most companies that just want to rip you off). Fully recommend giving these guys a call before you go to a payday loan company.
