Pretty confusing experience with this place this afternoon. During my initial call for legal assistance I explained the details of my case, and a few days later some Polish woman calls me and asks me for full details about my case, which I explain again with clarity and in length, which I doubt she understood as she kept asking me to repeat myself. With no deliberation whatsoever or asking me further questions for clarification she just dismissively says "no we can't help, your case is too complex, I've got 20 other people to call today, go to the FRU." I asked her for more clarification as to how she came to her decision but she was unable to provide this, and this gave me the impression that she was quite a junior member of staff triaging the cases with poor interpersonal skills. A big waste of time!
These guys are super stars. They dealt with my late partners debt in a kind, caring & professional manner.I’m getting help with a problem landlord at the moment & even had a proactive call asking if I had any debit problems..... I’ve had a little cry as it’s been an age since anyone just asked “ hey, do you need a hand”Thank you lovely people.

I have booked a consultation in December for January. On the 5th of January, at 19:00 I did not receive any calls from the solicitor. No email or apology/explanation the next day. I emailed them the next day and received a response after two more days saying they will follow up and check what happened. I also called in and spoke to a gentleman who said he will pick this up with the administrator, no one followed up. 8 Days later, I emailed them to provide my feedback as I do not need to be contacted and to remove me from their database as they were truly unprofessional.Things come up and things get messed up, but what I don;t appreciate is lack of any communication, follow up or rectification.Do not waste your time!

Very unprofessional. The man Baljit is very dishonest if you say anything he doesn't like. He doesn't want you to review so will make out you are a problem if you post publicly. Everyone has right to review their own experience. That's what happens when you do not use your services properly. When he is confronted with a mistake, he blames someone something else and makes false accusations. Not nice character at all.

Nucleus has noble principles and offers high quality services. I am very pleased and grateful for the fantastic support it gave to me.I had the fear an evidence I gave in a legal case might have lead to a miscarriage of justice. Since I was the only conscious witness, I felt the moral obligation of understanding and - if there had been a mistake in the sentence - to allow it to be rectified.For two weeks I had been trying to contact the prossecution team, the court, six (private) solicitors agencies and another non-profit organisation. All I wanted was to discuss my understanding of the law and how it had been applied to the case. I wanted to know if I was wrong or if there was a chance there had been an issue with the sentencing. Most institutions either didn't answer, refused giving support or charged unaffordable fees (from £5-10k).Everything changed when I found Nucleus. Starting with the first call, I spoke to a very kind lady who was willing to listen and offer support. It was followed by an SMS with the booking information, emails from Baljit requesting more details and the solicitor's call. Everything went very smoothly, all in the same day. Professionalism, efficiency and care.Nathan, the solicitor to whom I spoke, thoroughly analysed the evidence and documents I had shared, explained how they related to the sentence, answered all the questions I had, presented choices and possible outcomes of those choices. He gave me all the information I needed to be in peace.There are not enough words to thank you, Nucleus team. Please, do open new fundraising campaigns. Any donation will be symbolic compared to the value you bring to society - but I'd love to pay back a bit of how much you gave me.Knowledge is power and Nucleus empowers London citzens with legal advice.
