The service is ridiculous. Free? No! Take half your money don’t hit the point promise etc. etc. it’s more the fact they purposely disguise the service to take portions of savings. Smart scam. Absolutely appalling. Every 2-3 reviews make the same statement don’t use them. Too common to not be true. Sad m and please do t provide a standard response below. Terrible way of saving as they will take money from you for early cancellation and for points promise was deducted £100 from money I saved when I need it after 7 months. what a waste of time

Not even worth giving 1 star...Meant to help credit score???More like..... I cancel and pay £30 of the money I saved to do so, and then you knock my credit score down by 40 points the next day and its come under loans!!!!!! Seriously???? How is this helping people??? And you charge £2.50 per time you take money from us so over a year that's another £30... why do we want to open another bank account when we already have an account that you take from, you don't make things very clear for people and I'm defo going to take this further.

Its a really good way to save and improve score, I've gone for the 50 point increase promise. Although I think it's expensive, £10 a month = £120 for the year to get a guaranteed 50 points promise. I don't think the points would be much less if you went for the other option, as long as you keep up to the payments because either way, it's classed as a loan but you get the money back after 12 months. The site DOES make it very clear if you don't put your savings at the end of the year into their partner savings account (various popular banks), you lose £30 to withdraw to a current account. Like I said, it acts like you have taken out a loan so don't expect your score to increase within the first 3 months, my score went down a few points for the 1st month but, it has increased a lot more within 5 months. Just remember to keep up with your payments on time. I would thoroughly read all terms and conditions with anything before you accept any agreement otherwise you could be as surprised as some of the others who have rated it 1 star. I'm happy to continue saving with 1 of their partner banks, I need a car.

Warning!!! They dont tell you this when signing up, but once you complete your savings they will charge you 30 pounds to withdraw your funds or they give you an option of putting the money in a selection of their banks, which they will definitely get some sort of kick back. I then read reviews on the banks they offer you to open an account with and all of them are 1 or 2 star ratings with many reviews of Loqbox customers saying they have waited weeks and still cannot withdraw their money! It was such a great concept but this term and condition felt like a trick of small print and has left a sour taste in my mouth! I personally say avoid using this company!!! This is the worst financial decision i ever took, please i warned everyone who wish to better there credit, do not use this company to save,at the end of the day just try and withdraw your money, they would shamelessly take half of your savings and alleged that you have signed for it at the beginning of the contract.so please save your money with the banks and at the end of the year, your money will not be stolen, these are thieves in suits, but i have reported them to Financial Conduct Authority. and so whoever experienced such, do not spare them so others don't fall for this scam, after all they cannot do what they claimed to do best.

Absolutely I would recommend using Loqbox, Brilliant to help save a little and boost credit score, my 3rd year saving now and never a problem. If you haven't already done so then sign up now. You would be daft not too.

NOT free to help build ur credit. It’s a BIG corn. I’ve been paying them £20 for 12months, that is £240 savings but when I had finished my 12months. I get paid ONLY £120. So they took half of my savings for doing nothing. Ur the one making the payments each month. DONT DO IT!! That’s all I want to say.

Do not go near!! Absolutely destroyed my credit and the customer service to cancel is awful! How these people can be allowed ruin peoples credit is beyond me especially in this climate an how reliable people are on a good score!
