Don’t listen to negative comments about Lowell. They have truly been so supportive over the years and never forced me to pay anything I can’t afford. My circumstances changed at one point, where I couldn’t afford to pay even the minimum payment and they froze my account to give me chance to get back on my feet. Anyone I’ve spoken too has always been polite, understanding and empathetic.They never added any interest onto my debt and gave me a good amount of time to clear my debts. I’ve very nearly cleared them all and it feels amazing :)Thank you to you all
If you're contacting Lowell, you've got worries and problems. Since I have been dealing with them, I have found them to be sympathetic & caring. They actually listen to you and try to formulate a workable plan which is not set in stone and can be altered if problems arise. They also understand that not every outgoing remains constant every month ie I live in a very rural area which necessitates a large shop once a month not weekly. If you don't tell them, they can't understand & help
All I can say to Lowell Financial is thank you ! The person I spoke on the phone was very understanding of my situation as a single mother, and he worked with me on my repayment plan... 4 months on.. I've paid off one of my debts and I am paying off another with them. I have not seen my credit score so high in years.
Lowell has very supportive over the past few years, and by supportive I mean once I set up repayments plans, I have received only letters of encouragement. It can be a scary time when circumstances change dramatically, you can feel lost and lonely and unable to pay bills. It's refreshing to know decent collection agency's do exist, and they are non-judgemental and very helpful. Believe me, I was in a mess but am now debt free. If you receive a letter from Lowell, my advice would be, contact them ASAP.
Lovell have dealt with my repayment for rhe last few years. They have always been polite, professional and friendly. They were very understanding and sympathetic to my problem and disability.I would deal with them again.A payment reminder is sent 14days before payment date to allow me to budget for the payment, or contact them if circumstances changed. Let's face it, falling behind on payment's and your account being sent to a debt company is a daunting experience.I have had an account with Lowell for a couple of years now and they are by far the best company to have deal with your debt.Where as other companies try and bully you into a payment plan you just can not afford or make you feel like you're wasting their time even trying to ask to a payment u feel you can afford.This company do not and each and every adviser I have dealt with over the years has always been professional and very helpful.I would highly recommend this company.
I have used Lowell Financial for a debt I had and can’t praise them enough in the way I was treated.The team were so helpful and don’t hassle you to get you stressed. They are very polite when speaking with you over the phone. And do not expect you to pay what you can't afford . I would recommend to anyone to use Lowell Financial to get your debts in order. An absolute breath of fresh air in the industry they’re in. I have never had such an easy-going experience with setting up payment plans etc.You don’t even have to speak to anybody which is amazing for those like myself with anxiety who leave things to get worse over time because they don’t want to be ridiculed on the phone etc. Through other past bad experiences.Lowell should lead the way in this industry, I genuinely believe the model they use can save lives and pull people out of dark times. The support and overall conducting of the company is second to none.
I am extremely happy with their service. At the moment, it is excellent! It is very easy to set up and change the amount of your repayments. They have sent me a reminder message to my phone, seven days prior to my payment, to remind it me in case I forget or in case the circunstances would had changed. The customer service is really good as well, they are very kind and understanding. Hopefully, I will not have to change the rating in the future, because, right now, I definitely recommend Lowell!!
