5 stars is underrated. David Sharpstone is worth 100 stars. David was fantastic and did a great job once again. This was the second time when he helped us find a mortgage and we are looking to do business with him again in the future. He is very professional, amicable and helpful. Communication with him is excellent. He gave us his full attention, and spent the necessary time with us to find the right deal, even though the appointment was with short notice and outside office working hours. David was amazing in helping us get our mortgage sorted. My pay was very complicated due to variations to basic wage, commission, etc, yet David spent time to figure out exactly how I got paid and explain that to the lender. He was incredibly efficient by communicating with us well outside office hours and always did his absolute best to report back to the lender as soon as possible. Our mortgage case was a little more complicated than usual. I am limited company shareholder and director and wanted to utilise retained profits to maximise my borrowing capacity.
