Told them multiple times to cancel, and yet every month on payday they take out 316 quid and put 250 back in. Utterly pointless. Why would I ever want this arrangement? Scam artists, avoid.

Shocking don’t fall for it. Had problems with my bank account, in order to set up new bank account you have to pay off full amount and then apply again on safety net. I have been doing minimum payments with my new bank card due to the inconvenience of this.Plus when you have set up your bank account with safety net, any time you have money in your account they help themselves to it rather than having a set amount that you pay back on a particular day of the month. For instance you get your wages, just know that safety net have already taken money back and then you have to go online and take it back with interest.

The way you repay them is a joke, they just help themselves to your money from your account whenever they like which obviously creates many issues with non payment of bills etc. I would not recommend using them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,,, ,,I'm self employed and decided to take some holiday time from work ,,so safety net credit decided I was not earning enough and effectively blocked me from borrowing ,ruined my holiday ,,after many emails sent I gave up trying .I'll pay back what I owe then they can poke their "service" directly where the sun doesn't shine .

Having been with Safetynet Credit from July to November 2017 when I took out 2 x £500 loans, 1 with safetynet credit and the other with a different loan company; I was in urgent need of funds to bolster my impending overseas holiday. I have found safetynet credit to be difficult and uncooperative because of their tunnel vision method and practise of repayments. There is no minimum payment or garunteed minimum payment anyone can set-up and because of this whatever you have borrowed over £50 will be taken from your bank account on any day during the month if you have movement of funds in your account (and this is because you unwittingly but knowingly give them full access to your bank account at the inception of the loan); you take the loan out believing you can manage the repayments but the loan itself becomes worse than the problem and the original reason for taking out the loan. They will take back the whole amount of the loan which as you know, you cannot budget for particularly when the withdrawal of funds is ad hoc. The loan you take out works like an overdraught and as with a bank overdraught that is repaid first and the same with safetynet credit. The only ones money who is safe is the loan companies. The consumer has effectively no rights as the repayment of the loan is automatic and decisive even though you are supplied terms and conditions at the beginning of the loan, this awaiting surprise really does catch you napping; had I truely known what this company was like, I would never have taken out the loan. It really is not the way forward for this loan company and it is An Exceptional Risk to Consumers and one I will back up with trading standards if called upon. The consumer is left effectively penniless as we cannot budget for unexpected withdrawals of funds. This loan companies loans is not suitable for single parents; people seeking quick funds; not ideal for payday loans and is not ideal for loans over £50. These loans are not ideal for anyone on a low income up to £26k. Infact these types of loans only suit people who are not in any type of financial constraint whatsoever. Basically It only suits people with money (people who earn over 40K in my opinion) People who have no financial constraints or manageable loans under £50. I have experienced the best and the worst of this company. The customer service is good but their repayment process needs to be revamped. They need to include a minimum arrangement even if it is a higher repayment £50-70 a month so that the consumer can correctly budget the loan payment. The single most damming aspect of this loan company is that they have a one sided minimum payment that they want to garuntee the minimum payment yet at the same time the consumer cannot set a minimum payment as a recurring bank payment. Their customer service is good but they stick to a practised format in responses which feels one-sided; the process is let down by and the consumer is also let down as they are effectively held to ransom. For the good customer service they lack little, but I feel the loan repayment process needs revamping going forward. I hope they do manage to find a better solution though in their response to me on trust pilot they seem oblivious that they have this fundemental flaw. They have won awards for their credit service but for me and many others it has been a trial than a joy and the experience has left me disappointed, concerned and a sour taste in my mouth. Of the 415 reviews I have carried out as a google local guide this is the lowest personal score I have given a company in the UK. My personal score for safetynet credit is 0/10.

Dreadful company just help themselves too money whenever they please. Do NOT use. As soon as any substantial money is in your account they take it immediately without asking or letting you know.
