My IVA practitioner forwarded me to this company in regards to an early iva settlement as they specialise in IVA's. They performed a credit check, obviously people in IVA cannot obtain credit so why are the IVA companies forwarding people to them? Waste of time. If i would pass a credit check i would get a loan to repay my IVA.

Applied via their contact centre on Monday, straight forward process - was told I would have an answer in 48 hrs. Thursday came and no news, so I sent them a message asking for an update, Thursday evening and I received a call confirming all my details and was then told that I have been unsuccessful, the girl apologised that I had not been told, but she would ensure that as they definitely have all the correct contact details, an email outlining why I had been unsuccessful would be sent immediately. Now late Friday morning and still nothing. Not impressed.

Considered my poor credit history when offering me a loan to finalise my IVA early. Helpful & clear.

Positive - polite companyNegatives -Have to go phoneThey give you false hope - which if you have needed up going to them is all you have and devastating when it given and taken away.I was told to wait 24-48 hrs and declined due to my circumstances -It was my circumstances that led me to them or I would have used a high street retailerThey advertise they are different and look beyond normal credit and circumstance but this is false.I wish i had never attempted if honest as just make you feel more stressed .Also there is no current reviews of positive feedback for this company which made me uneasy.

Not recommend at all. They do credit checks and they make their decisions on the top of this .. is not true that they accept people with bad credit , they just make you waste your time on the telephone . I was clear saying that I have debts to pay and I have bad credit score and they still saying that they would be able to offer me a loan, however hours late the have emailed me saying that I was declined and they wouldn’t be able to offer me any loan due to my credit history.I have emailed them asking they could offer me a lower amount than , they never replied back to me anymore .My question is if I have a good credit score I would apply straight to my bank Barclays or Lloyds as they offer me much lower rate to pay back. If I have good score I would’nt be looking for elsewhere if I can apply with my bank to pay much less interest Than with you . Please be aware this company doesn’t seems legitimate.

Terrible company and there’s no communication with you at all, always had to keep ringing up to find out what was happening told I would receive a email heard nothing wouldn’t recommend
